Duties and responsibilities:

Rehabilitation or mental health counselor work with the mentally, emotionally, and physically disabled. It is their job to help patients develop more faith in themselves. They work with patients to help them become self-sufficient and productive. Counselors often work closely with their patient’s doctor and family. Counselors industry, or in hospital or residential health care setting. Counselors often:

·     Work with patients who abuse alcohol or are addicted to drugs.

·     Interview and observe patients to determine problem areas.

·     Conduct personality, aptitude, achievement, and psychological test.

·     Help patients find and keep jobs.

Average salary: $25,000-$45,000

Educational requirements:

Students interested in becoming counselors should take a challenging high school curriculum.

A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or sociology is the minimum requirement for low level counseling jobs, but a master’s degree is required for most. To become licensed by a state, counselor must pass written and oral examinations and work for about two years in a supervised clinical setting.

health information specialist obtain, post, and analyze medical, workload, finance, and insurance data. They ensure that this information is properly recorded into medical records so practitioner can plan and evaluate health care provided to patients.

There are a variety of job specialties within this field including registered record administrators,

Accredited record technicians, and certified coding specialist.

Administrators coordinate the various information management responsibilities and supervise record technicians and coding specialist. Record technicians ensure medical record are accurate, coordinate reimbursement, and maintain disease registries for research. Coding specialist assign and post correct diagnosis and procedure codes to records and report codes to insurance companies.

Health information specialists work in hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, physician offices, and man other medical settings.

Average salary:

$20,000-$25,000(coding specialist)

$23,000-$30,000(record technicians)

$30,000-$40,000(record administrators)

What I understand is that what ever you going through in life you would only pass to it once in life.  Kindness n goodness always show it

Clinical technologist perform more complex laboratory test and procedures than technicians. They also supervise technicians, confirm their test, and manage laboratory quality control programs.

Most clinical laboratory specialist work in hospitals, but they are also employed by private practice, medical groups, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and universities.

Average salary:$20,000-$28,000 (clinical laboratory technicians)

$25,000-$40,000 (clinical technologists)

Educational requirements:

Students should take the most challenging high school courses in, science, math, and English.

An associate’s degree in the field or completion of a specialized in-house training programs is required to become a clinical laboratory technician.

A bachelor’s degree in the field is normally required to become a clinical technologist;

However some employers accept an associate’s

Degree and extensive  clinical experience as a substitute. Many technologist pursue additional graduate education or specialized training to advance their careers in clinical al chemistry, blood banking and microbiology.

Clinical laboratory specialist include both clinical laboratory  technicians and clinical technologist. These professions are also referred  to as medical laboratory technicians or medical technologist.

Both technicians and technologist perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases.

Clinical laboratory technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment, chemicals and computers to perform laboratory procedures. They also collect blood specimens and prepare culture media. They conduct test and prepare reports  for clinical technologists or physicians.

Students should take challenging science, math, and electronics courses in high school.

Following high school, biomedical equipment technicians complete one to three years of course work in biomedical equipment.
